Custom Night Guard

Takes forever to receive the impression kit, mist be sent economy. The putty for impressions doesn't set up properly, so you can't get a good fit. The written instructions also do not match the videos instructions. The mouthguard I got would fall off and become a choking hazard. They take the money right away but any issues you have with your order are not a priority to the company. They used to be reliable. Maybe the company changed hands. If you use Cheeky, expect to wait a very long time, and to possibly not have your issues ever resolved. Get your impression putty from another source for a good fit. Customer service goes out of their way to sound nice (maybe AI?), but it takes so many emails to get something done. If they wanted to seems less shady, they should have a customer service number to call. Being at the mercy of email responses is very unpleasant, and frustrating.

Guard plastic hard

Fits tight but probably will loosen a little in time. Snaps on and stays in place very well. (I used to spit my guard out at night.) This one stays in place. Will see how it wears. Excited to use.

Pretty Unbelievable

My last Nightguard cost $700 from my dentist. I just had work done to my front teeth and needed a new one. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and how comfortable it is! Thank you!
