My favorite out of all their flavors. Tastes just like regular cheesecake. This really helped me deal with cravings on keto. And most importantly, it didnt knock me out of ketosis.

A good way to enjoy sweets
They are good without being great. I thought the “crust” was too thick and the cheesecake part was lacking, both substance and taste. They are waaay to expensive for what you get. Also, There is an obvious aftertaste. But, this is now my lot in life being a Type 2 diabetic. I am used to sugar free….everything and since I have ordered more, I will get used to them, or stop purchasing. 🤷♀️
