Amazing Customer Service
I ordered extensions and they didn't quite match, but BFB's customer service was amazing with its quick response time and getting me a refund. I would definitely choose them for extensions in the future!!

I am beyond obsessed with these. I finally have the mermaid hair of my dreams. My hair is thick and cascading! Absolutely love them! I have balayage and the ombré option looks seamless in my hair. Had my stylist trim them with my hair and would highly recommend that.

The quality is great. The hair is very soft and clips are sturdy so they stay in place well. I recommend taking them to your stylist to have them trimmed or layered to blend better. My hair is below my shoulders and the extensions were noticeable until I had them layered a bit. I do recommend buying the testers because many shades looked much different in person than online so it was a bit hard to match my brunette color. I ended up having my stylist dye my hair to match the meltdown color better because it was really close but just a shade or two off.
