easy to swallow

I tried this supplement for an extended period of time to see if I did notice any difference and sadly, I did not. I have tried 2 other brands and it was decided that out of the other brands, this one did not show results like the other. I do hope it works for others, we are all different and respond differently to different types of supplements and brands of supplements. I'm disappointed that it didn't work, but would suggest that others try this for it may work for them when added to their daily regime.
