Rosemary Cloud Cleanser

This doesn't foam like the label said it would - not that I need foam, but I wonder if it's actually working the way it should?

cleans beautifully and has a nice light scent. I like to use this on days I feel oily or need a pick me up

Pretty good cleanser. Smells good
