I think the quality of the product directoy aligns with the price and its a very fair deal. I love the layout, the design, and the fact we can always purchase more and add matching additions. The only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars is because a very critical part of the inteuctions were reversed with which acrews to use. No naturally i went to the video on the website listing to watch that, and even that lacked some critical details. This could be a huge issue for customers for the building process. Other than that, it was worth the purchase.

Gorgeous desk.

I purchased the Fezibo Executive B Desk with the standing mechanism and had a frustrating experience. The desk arrived in three boxes delivered in reverse order, with the first box arriving days later, delaying assembly. All boxes were damaged, and although the parts had only minor blemishes, it was disappointing given the price. Assembly was difficult due to issues with the motor and control box. The instructions were unclear—similar to IKEA—and customer support provided conflicting advice. Their support was email-only; calling their number led to disconnections. Over 15 emails later, they continued requesting photos and videos without resolving the issue. Now, I'm stuck with an expensive, cheap-looking desk that doesn't work. Fezibo's customer service was polite but unhelpful, offering no real solutions. I strongly advise against buying this desk or any Fezibo product with electrical components.
