Beautiful Chair

Was tired of uncomfortable desk chairs, and saw your ad on TV, so I figured, what do I have to lose? I love your chair. Soft and comfortable just like a desk chair should be, if I am spending countless hours in it.

excellent chair but criticism of building it are correct

This is a great chair - comfortable and stylish in appearance. Would have given it a 5 star if not for the challenges of putting it together. In the end it went okay but one should not need two people to make a chair and putting the side arms in with screws that sorta fit but are hard to align was an exercise in patience and frustration. Maybe Branch can get it better made for putting together. That said I now love the chair since it is all put together

Inadequate for price

Primary complaint is that this chair only reaches a maximum height of 19 inches without paying for a “tall cylinder.” For perspective, the chair I’m replacing because the height cylinder broke still reaches a taller height. I’m only 5’8”- an average height. A chair this expensive should be deigned to accommodate people of [at least] average height. I’m practically sitting in a children’s chair. Designing a chair that requires the average person to buy accessories for it to be ergonomic feels scammy and akin to airlines charging for everything they can think of. Beyond this complaint, the chair doesn’t feel supportive to sit in for longer than a few hours. Two stars because it’s pretty and rolls smoothly.
