Love this chair, got the extension tube and it is super comfortable but the oatmeal boucle and soft edges make it look like a beuatiful piece of furniture and has made our office feel so much more cozy!

The pre-drilled holes misaligned

The pre-drilled holes in the seat and the both arms are not aligned at all. We followed the instructions how to aligne and secure the screws but the holes are so misaligned, we had hard time having the screws catching and tighten. We kind of forced the screws to fit in the holes and tighten but they went in so crookedly, we hope they won't affect the overall stability of the product. They need to review the template or whatever they use to determine where the holes are drilled. Otherwise, overall quality of the product is fine. Nice vegan leather.
