Great Chair

I was nervous about buying a chair online as I normally like to test drive them in person. But all the great reviews are true- this is a well-made, comfortable desk chair. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of adjustability but it's a perfectly fine, handsome chair. I bought the yellow/mustard chair and the photos match real life

Disappointed

Unfortunately, this chair ended up pretty disappointing. My husband bought a different model from Branch a few years ago, and we both love the one he picked out. So when it was my turn to get a new chair, I came straight to Branch. I picked this chair, as I loved the yellow color and the upholstery design, but I expected the same quality and comfort as my husband’s chair. It isn’t half as comfortable and it squeaks very loudly every time I move. So loud that it can be heard through my headphones on Teams meetings. It’s a running joke when I’m presenting during meetings now, which also isn’t ideal. I wish I would have returned it within the 30 days, but I thought that maybe it just needed a longer breaking-in period. So, now I’m stuck with a loud uncomfortable chair until I can justify spending more money on a new chair.

Indigo Softside Chair

I got my chair! So easy to put together. So comfortable! It looks beautiful in my home office. I need the arm rests so I can sit cross-legged. The indigo color is rich and elegant and the velvet is incredibly soft. I have a dog and I was worried about pet hair attracting to the velvet, but it’s no problem at all.
