Horrible Customer Service. Will not honor warranty.

I have had my Fluid Mosquito scooter for around 10 months now and the scooter performed great for the first 6-7 months. Then the screen suddenly went black and will not power. This is clearly covered in the warranty as the customer services department for Fluid confirmed the screen is covered. They informed me that even though the screen is covered by the warranty, they do not have any screens in stock and they have no plans of ordering more any time soon and to bear with them... I emailed them back and asked for them if they can at least repair the screen or swap my scooter for a different one that works and they have completely ghosted me.. I have sent 5-6 emails since their last response in March and have received no response. This company is incredibly unprofessional and does not honor its warranties. I would warn anyone that is looking into purchasing a scooter from Fluid to do their due diligence and make sure that this is the company for you. As for me, I will never make another purchase through this company. Once they sell you the product, you are on your own and will have to deal with any issues you encounter, even if it is supposed to be covered by warranty...

Great scooter bad charging

I love this scooter, it's fast and compact. But I've had issues with the charger. Got a replacement from the company - customer service was not bad - but having issues with the replacement charger as well. Have only 66km rode not in any rain based conditions. I just want to charge it and ride! Otherwise perfect.
