Being taken these for two weeks now once a day what a have noticed is am no longer bloated after food so thats a bonus will try these out for the next two weeks if all good once a month for me.

Great product but I didn't need it because I still have two packets. Be careful of subscribing because you get locked into a cycle that they make difficult to unsubscribe from as can only do by phoning up and not via online .

Ive been using these coming up to about a year now, they work so well for me and i definitely see the difference when i skip them, i suffer from dairy and gluten intolerance, as well as just generally sensitive stomach and even tho it doesn’t get rid of it it definitely helps with my general gut health and symptoms , the price is worth it.
