The vita arrive on time. I am not sure if I have noticed any difference in how I feel but these things take time. Also the notification arrives too late to postpone if I am not ready for the next delivery but if they know in time the Better Vita team is super responsive. I had one bottel arrive with the seal damaged and they replaced it immediately and without quibble. I would recommend them

Been taking this supplement for a while, also my husband takes it. Definitely gives us both a better sleep at night. Will carry on using it for the time being as it has been very useful.
