Since I don't eat a lot of fermented foods (working on eating more of them) and osteoporosis runs in my family, I decided to preemptively take K2 sourced from natto.

K2 Drops
Glad to be using drops instead of another pill to swallow. Considering the small dose (5 drops), they are relatively tasteless. No way to tell if they are actually doing ahything, but I'll continue on for bone health.
