More Insightful than I Expected
I've hesitated to order "another" self-help journal but finally couldn't help myself. What a delight to find from my first entry to be completely drawn in! It doesn't feel so much "self-help" as it does "delightfully appreciating myself and my world in new and wonderful ways" :)

Reflection Personified
I am a HUGE fan of each Journal out there by The Happiness Project, Gretchen Rubin. I have all of them. This one, in my opinion is the one to start with. This one I just completed the other day while reflecting for my Foundation of The Happiness Project- Revisited. I leaned a lot about myself. During the journal it prompted me to ask more questions and explore with it. My life has changed dramatically more happy while doing this journal. The prompts get you really going and thinking deep and figuring out what was right in front of your face. I have started the ‘Building Connection’ one and I feel I am going even deeper. Great journal. They all are. The Happiness Project in a way has saved my way of thinking so much it saved me. Definitely start with this one.
