Aloisia really deserves a TEN STAR review, but the max here is five so that's what I choose. I am extremely impressed with this company as a whole. Not only are their skincare products excellent, so is their customer service. I had placed an online order for a few products and one of the items was on backorder. Someone was kind enough to hand write me a note to explain that the exfoliant I purchased was on backorder and they included two generous size mini exfoliants to hold me over until the large one shipped. I reached out to the company to thank them for this and the person who answered my email could not have been any nicer. Also, my full size exfoliant arrived less than a week later once it was back in stock. I personally like to know that my money is supporting a business like this. I'm so happy with the products, service and personal touches that I will continue to order from Aloisia in the future. Thank you for such a memorable customer experience.
