Shallots for the Win
Victoria's Shallots are in a league of their own.
I enjoy them in numerous cooking applications - grilled burgers, making sausage, meatloaf, as part of my taco meat mixture, in meatballs and so many other recipes.
They are sweet that offsets the savory and they are a hidden ingredient that makes recipes delicious!

Very versatile!
We love these shallots, especially, in scrambled eggs (cook them so they get browned, then add your eggs!) Salads are good as well. Terrific product!
