The customer service is subpar. Their customer service representatives fail to respond to emails that you have to continuously reply until you recieve a response. I had to wait 2 months to receive an order and the only form of compensation was to be given additional items. For what? So I can wait another 2 months to recieve those products? No thank you.I also recieved no courtesy email stating my order was going to be delayed thisblong. You are better off buy Anihana or any product from another company.
