Absolutely what I wanted - a kettlebell-like thing for swings, etc. that I can load with different weights. Strong and solid construction and sleek black look.

Quality item

Well made, sturdy, but not too heavy loadable kettlebell. Others comment about the handle being too wide to swing between your legs but you can just hold the kettlebell with the handle lengthwise so no problem. Before I always just did higher reps with lower weights but a heavy kettlebell swing is just different and irreplaceable because it’s a higher percentage of your bodyweight you’re swinging around which shifts your center of gravity during the exercise.
