Herringbone Stacking Chain

Very pretty necklace, except it’s constantly getting twisted together.

Extremely Yellow

The stackable chains that were connected to prevent tangling, in fact did tangle. The herringbone didn’t sit right on the neck and the gold was so yellow it looked very cheap. Tried reaching out to customer service and no one responds.
