Adonit must be reset

About once every 1-3 minutes my adonit 4 stylus stops responding to screen and i must reset it. Maybe I got a defective one because I went through all troubleshooting steps.

This thing works with any phone or tablet I have used so far. With the dual mode switch addressing different generation products, doesn't get better. Highly recommend!!!
