Perfect for mature skin w/o the drying of retinol

I have Very sensitive skin and when I use retinol it causes dryness and flaking around my mouth and nose areas. This is Better than retinol because I feel like it works better in hydrating my skin and no horrible side effects! 10/10 recommended!!
