Works fine! Took my cats a bit to get used to it vs their old brush. Takes a few times to actually pick up the hair as opposed to just pulling the shed hair to the top

Great brush!
My cat who has hated EVERY other type of brush I've tried loves this (although still in small doses). It does a great job of gently and massagingly churning up and out all the dead hair from the under coat which is great! I use my hand or a soft bristle brush to gather the dead fur that hasn't made a thick waffle on the brush- which is insanely easy to clean by the way! This is my second brush so I can have it to hand in more places where I'm suddenly immobilised by being turned into cat furniture:)
