Easy to assemble. Came quick. Perfect for me ,but I’m not tall.

Happy overall, some concerns over durability

I like the machine and have been getting use out of it since purchasing. Assembly was direct and uncomplicated. While the frame seems sturdy, I found the pads to be not as high in quality as they are thin and upholstery on same doesn’t seem to be all that durable or of the best quality.

Great product, really helps with back pain
