OK but misleading functionality

I have had the safe for 6 months now and while it is reliable and looks pretty it is definitely underwhelming. Only way to open is via smart phone ( which is the biometrics - none on safe). Additionally there are definitely no charging points inside the safe and if there was I wouldn’t trust it to run out of battery and lock me out. It comes with a ? Reset key but the instructions for use are lacking.

An extraordinary product and exceptional customer service

I originally purchase the TROVA Go a bit ago and loved the design, technology and concept so much that I was hoping that there would be a home product made available at some point. My main concern was security for valuables rather than discretion, per se, and while I have a home safe, was hoping for something available on the market that was both more easily accessible and aesthetically pleasing - while still being secure. The TROVA Home achieves that. I have just ordered my second unit!
