The cube steak was a little on the tough side but edible. I fried it for steak on garlic sandwiches.

Cube Steak
Sear on both sides, remove steaks, make your gravy then place steaks back into cast iron skillet. Simmer on low for an hour. Serve with mash potatoes or rice You can cut your steak with a fork it’s so tender and delicious
