Beef Knuckle Bones

Bought knuckle bones to make pho and it was the best broth I’ve ever made. Service and pricing was just as good!!

This is my 2nd time ordering the knuckle bones. Will be ordering again.

These bones are great for making broth or beef soup. I roast them almost to being burndt and and vegetables, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and 1 clove. The flavor is delicious.
