The taste is absolutely terrible and it makes it very hard to continue taking it because it makes me want to throw up it tastes so bad. . . So I can't comment on the effectiveness. I am quite disappointed because I am a believer in the healing qualities of mushrooms but this extract is not the best way for me to supplement, because it won't work if you don't take it and I just can't stomach it.

I love this bundle as it is well balanced to help with overall wellbeing, mind & body.
