My morning starter

Its the first thing I have when I wake up and then head for exercise. Peps me up keeps me going for the day. I think i noticed some body shape changes after a month of using this every day. Nice flavs. I work out very early in the morning and don't eat before it so I find it very refreshing. I'm hooked.

I love the taste. Definitely decreases appetite yet doesn’t make you constipated. Definitely will be buying more.
