Ideal for slow pans! I'm a motorsports photographer and that often means slow shutter pans. I had been using a conventional CPL and that helped keep the aperture more open. . . but only to a certain shutter speed. Then I'd have to stop down which sharpens the very background I'm trying to blur! So why not just use a strong ND? Because I like the saturation and reflection-dampening of a CPL. These ND/PLs are fantastic! No filter-stacking, and I can go down to 1/25 on a bright day and still be at 5. 6 or 6. 3 with ISO at 50.

Just can’t give enough of PolarPro’s products. This is a great lens filter. Looks aesthetically pleasing on the lens and helps my photos look better! Definitely recommend!
