This is such a unique product that is hard to find. I trust the quality of Rosita’s products so I thought I would give it a try. I’m not sure I notice any effects from it, but I’m up to a full teaspoon and I haven’t noticed any negative effects. The taste takes a little getting used to, but it’s not bad.

Superior! I have tried another brand of bee bread but Rosita actually delivers. Noticeably more energy at the end of the day.
