Confidence boost!

My daughter loves her new Prevelo bike. The first day she took it out for a ride, she commented, “this feels good!” She’s been excited to go out on family rides ever since.

It makes my child very happy

It's a good bike, my daughter has been enjoying it so far. She's on a smaller end of the age spectrum, but is able to control the bike with no problems. Haven't done any long trail rides yet, but looking forward to it. The build quality is mostly reasonable, other than the wheels, which took about 2 hours to true up, but I got there eventually. The brakes were also way off on the front wheel, and one of the brake springs seems week, pushing the brake calibration to a limit to keep both pads centered.

Great bike, awesome customer service

Most importantly my 9yo daughter is thrilled with her new bike. She is right at the lower limit of the size and it fits her perfectly. Everything is as advertised and although I missed the holiday sale by one day (she was trying to decide on a color - red) Prevelo honored the sale price. Also one minor question during assembly was answered quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Alpha 5 and Prevelo as a company!
