Best way to get your veggies in a busy life

This is one of my favorite BH products! At 120#, my calorie intake is fairly restricted, and I just physically can't eat a whole plate or bowlful of food to consume the nutrients my body needs. These products mix smoothly into a water bottle, have a pleasant flavor, are slightly sweet, and maintain drinkability long after mixing. This is the main way I achieve my daily intake of fruits and veggies. The variety of fruits and veggies used in the mixes is greater than I would buy, prepare, or be able to eat. I even take these with me when I travel, love the tins they come it as well. Highly recommend !!!
