Straps uncomfortable
The straps at the top are wrongly positioned. Basically they are too close to each other and cut through the neck. This model is very uncomfortable to carry. Good materials but bad design. Also very disappointed that when I sent it back for refund, the shop sent it back to me with no explanation.

Good sturdy bag, exactly what I needed
I really like the style of the bag, and the padded laptop sleeve adds security when I carry my iPad around. The straps are comfy and easy to adjust, and the suede bottom is strong. The postage was pretty fast as well. It's an all round great bag I take everywhere with me!
