Absolutely shocking customer service don’t buy
I’d give this a 0 didn’t even receive the bag , emailed them quite a few times no response had to ring my bank to get a refund would not order from these ever again , absolutely shocking

I can’t review this as it has gone missing and I have had no response to advise when to expect it or a refund. I have emailed to chase this and have been advised there is a backlog. My order was in at the very start of August this is really disappointing

Straps uncomfortable
The straps at the top are wrongly positioned. Basically they are too close to each other and cut through the neck. This model is very uncomfortable to carry. Good materials but bad design. Also very disappointed that when I sent it back for refund, the shop sent it back to me with no explanation.
