I have tried several exogenous ketone products previously and found they all need some sort of flavoring to mask the taste of the ketone salts. This one uses monk fruit only, a non-nutritive natural, plant-based sweetener which, while expensive is probably one of the best options. Those of you used to a ketogenic diet may find it slightly too sweet, but overall it makes the ketone drink very pleasant and flavorful. This is our favorite of all their blends, and we use it sometimes pre-exercise fasted, or to help with adaptive glucose sparing in the morning which can sometimes occur when fasting.
