I bought this based on online hype, but it failed to deliver the quality I expect. Initial Impression: My 11-year-old and I (both fine, straight hair) liked the initial softness, though it may have been the ionic dryer's effect. The Build-up: Halfway through the bottle, build-up occurred. My hair became stiff, lost its shape, and wouldn't behave. It’s been a struggle to finish it. Scalp Irritation: My 12-year-old (thick oily hair, Bees Brilliance shampoo user) had an itchy scalp after one wash and refused to use it again. Verdict: Online reviews are often based on short-term impressions or written to gain discounts; they are no substitute for a long-term personal trial. I value high-quality products and expected better for the price. As a small family business, if you truly deliver excellence, customers will naturally find you indispensable. Glad I didn’t buy the full set.
