Excited to Explore More

I really love the tempo studio. I feel like it's a great fitness tool to grow into that works within my time constraints very well. I have some injuries and I'm quite out of shape. Even some of the current mobility is a little rough for me. I'd love to see more programs that start someone off easy with modified exercises and lower intensity to get them ready for the other courses. I'd also love to see some zumba/dance added for extra exercise fun.
