So far this product has definitely made me more successful when I'm pumping. I have a better supply. I was skeptical at first, because l had never heard of this company. But I saw that they got really good reviews on Amazon, so I thought I would give it a try. I also noticed that my mood and exhaustion level has gotten better.

I bought these because I could definitely tell my body needed some extra vitamins because of breastfeeding. My energy level was so low. These have worked well for me except I take one everyday instead of two and always make sure to eat a meal before taking them. When I would take two like the directions recommended I was feeling nauseous. Overall I feel like my energy level has definitely improved. Be careful! Do not take on an empty stomach or you may feel nauseous.
