I've tried so many "allergen free" lip products that still made my lips crack and bleed. Yours does not. After two weeks, no problems. I do use it sparingly and only when needed, but so far, all good. Excellent product.

Outside of tubes are sticky

I ordered two unscented tubes and once they arrived I had to peel them out of the plastic bag they were in because they were so sticky on the outside. I have no idea if this is something wrong with the sticker or if the product leaked out or what. I reached out to Customer Service twice, once right away and once ten days later. I have not heard anything back. Previous orders never had this problem. Will not be buying again which is too bad because with all my allergies I have limited options.
