Great lunch option
I love this stew meat! I cook it in butter with some salt and put it on top of white rice. It makes a perfect lunch option and easy to meal prep. The meat is tender and flavorful! I absolutely love Apsey Farms; excellent customer service, delivery, and quality! They are always so generous with their clients too. I will be a customer for life!
