Excellent, at my first inquiry I had questions, I was put in touch with Dawn, who, like me run cattle, and actively handles them. she answered all my questions from experience, asked me for photos of my system to insure her suggestions were accurate. I ordered the equipment, it arrived faster than I had expected, installed the system and put some cattle though of know weights. the platform is solid and skid proof, the controller locked on to weights and the weights matched. it is a well-priced accurate system. very satisfied.
