Palette knife?
When I originally checked out your sharpener on the online video, I saw an instrument like a small palette knife which was used to collect the trimmed crayon product. I did not receive one.

A good sharpener
If one buys the brow pencil or the highlighter pencil, you really need this to be able to get the most benefit out of them. Works great!

Only one that works
It’s a 5 star because it is the only sharpener that works with all of the sticks. I really wish I had been encouraged to buy one when I purchased 4 sticks at a time. Would have saved me a secondary trip across town to get one - but happy to have it and love the products.
