PRE PWDR

I love my preworkout pwdr! I am a nurse and use it everyday before work, as a non-coffee drinker, it makes a world of difference and keeps me away from sugary energy drinks!

I had always been hesitant to try pre-workout. But as someone with adhd who rarely gets energy from caffeine I was on the search for something that gave me energy to get through an entire workout.
