Product doesn’t work on my skin

Just started using it but the 5 stars are for their amazing customer service. Would definitely shop with them again .

First time I bought this cream, I bought it with the serum & face wash & i was pleased with the results. Fast forward to exhausting the cream, I wanted to order a replacement but realized it was sold out & I had to wait for some couple of months, now this wait period my face went back to how it was at the beginning which made me feel a type of way. I purchased a replacement after they restocked & I also noticed the packaging for the hyper bright cream has changed when they delivered it to me, I must say I am not pleased atall because the content was very disappointing compared to the first packaging they initially started with. Also, I paid extra for shipping to get my stuff within 7 days, as opposed to waiting more than 10days, tell me why I got my stuff after 10days? It doesn’t make sense! Anyway, I love your cream but I’ll not be patronizing anymore, and I hope the quality of the cream didn’t drop the way you dropped the quantity of the cream.
