Fade & Brighten Soap

Don't buy from this company. I did not even receive my soap and can't even claim my money back for not getting my package. Ko tracking information to even track the package. I think they do that intentionally knowing so they can just keep your money and blame you for not getting your product. I emailed them several times and no response back either. Disgusting customer service.Don't Buy !!

HOW CAN I REVIEW SOMETHING THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE. I TRIED CONTACTED THEM BUT NO RESPONSE ONLY ONCE THEY REPLIED AND GAVE ME A DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBER TO AN ADDRESS IN BIRMINGHAM. I LIVE IN LONDON ! AFTER THAT I DIDNT HEAR A RESPONSE ! I IGNORED THE REVIEW THAT SAID IT NEVER ARRIVED AND BELIEVE ME THAT’S TRUE !

Terrible service. Unless you are in the UK ordering from the UK I do not recommend international shipping. The quality the soap isn't bad the main ingredients that pack the punch is mainly the Kojic Acid and the Alpha arbutin. The licorice is also a plus.. There are various soaps that could be purchased just like this one for a quarter of the shipping price and from a company that offers better customer service. If your package is lost, damaged, etc. the customer service of gwenivere skin will not help you and there are NO refunds. So if you don't receive your items whether you paid 50$ or 100$ you will not get your money back. The company does not answer emails nor does it get back to you for the Shop Text option. The better option to buying this soap that not only save money and time, is buying a different soap.
