When I first started using it, I could eat anything. Now, after a few months, I'm not sure how it's working. I take 1 capsule at each meal but I still have gas after meals. I thought it would work well for dairy, but it doesn't. I am both lactose and casein intolerant.

I purchased this digestive enzyme complex because I heard it was great for people who have histamine intolerant. I take this with my main meals. And I'm pretty happy so far!

Long journey
I have pancreatic enzyme insufficiency. I'm also allergic to pork. I take an antibiotic everyday for a condition. This left me over a barrel when it came to trying to find a pancreatic enzyme that met all of my criteria. It had to be vegan. It had to not contain probiotics and it could not. Of course be derived from pork. Your product ticked all the boxes. I have searched and searched in retail stores and pharmacies for a product that was safe for me. I never really feel great but your product is helping me feel better.
