I educated myself right before I started the shot. I seriously thought I would have any problems because I have divertitulitis. I never been constipated. 3 rd day I was. Received this and I have not had any issues.

Feeling fabulous
I started the fiber gummies not quite a month ago. I now have a smooth bowel movement daily, whereas before I might only go every 5-6 days. I’ve had no stomach issues, bloating or gas. I’m so glad I decided to give these a try.

Fiber gummies
They are soooo yummy! I started out right away with 2 gummies and I have not had any issues. I am going regularly. I am pretty early in the game to notice a lot of changes. I am 61 years old. My system might take a little longer. I’m like 2 weeks in. I am definitely going to subscribe and save!
