Hair Paste

I ordered a hair putty and hair paste because I was unsure what to get and see what I liked better. I’ve had the putty before but wanted to try the paste but I was not happy with it. I contacted customer service but they said they are not able to accept returns at the moment. Wish they had better customer service and honor returns on products that didn’t work for customers, especially how expensive it is.

Your product has changed. It's a cream now. What happened? My husband wont use the new stuff. So, please cancel my subscription

love Jack Henry products. However first time purchasing the paste and was extremely watery. it dripped all over the packaging when opening upon arrival.
