I ordered 2 Golden Goddess bamboos. The plants arrived in tact and quickly. One was full and beautiful with about 30 canes, however, the other came with 3 very whimpy canes. The phone number works but you’ll never get to talk to someone and email/texts take about 48hrs to get a generic automated response. After 3 days of correspondence they offered me 20% off my next order. I asked for another plant of equal size to offset the size difference between the two and never got a response. Last correspondence was a week ago. Shop at your own risk!
