Still awaiting refund from January. Like the product but customer service not so much!

It is loud. Sounds like something is stuck from the first time I turned it on. I took it apart to see if something was in it. Could t find any paper or anything. My mother has used ore k since I was 10 and I am 45. Hers were light weight powerful and not this loud. It has great auction. No complaints but I just hope I didn’t get a dud. Got a couple months ago. Have only used 4 times but my other one finally broke so as of today I’m using it every day. Fingers crossed.
