Annabelle Hydrangea Shrub

I ordered 10 of the hydrangeas previously and was not happy with how they looked at all. However, I needed 1 more to finish off the area and thought maybe I'd have better luck with 1 arriving in good condition. Sadly, I was mistaken. Arrived with very dry soil. Planted and watered immediately. Hopefully it will survive. The way these plants are packaged for shipping is part of the problem.

Hundreds of dollars spent and this is what arrived. This is not what I expected for $20-something a plant.
