Restricted samples

I found the 3 swatch maximum was not enough to make a decision. I liked the fabric but it was the wrong colour and I would have sampled 3 colours and purchased one. But instead I guessed the most likely colour of three different fabric types and didn't like the colour, so i won't purchase anything until i have more samples. It is very frustrating and feels like a negative experience when I actually want to purchase more than one fabric type. I also typed in the swatch names 3 times on the order form and still had to email the details after the purchase so this didn't go smoothly either.

Anaya was so helpful in providing fabric samples. Initially I had trouble finding the right place on the website to order my samples. She emailed a response to my queries straight away and the samples arrived within 2 days along with my chosen pattern. Outstanding customer service.
