Energy Chews

I bought these as an alternative to gels, but in the end, I used a combination of both tobreak up the monotony. Kept me going on my long runs and eventually Manchester Marathon. The texture is similar to Turkish delight, so it was like rewarding yourself with sweets after every 30 minutes you completed. I think my favourite so far is the sour cherry and guarana flavoured pack. They were the ones that sustained me through the race.
